Betfair pays homage to Paul the Octopus, who correctly predicted the outcome of games during the 2010 World Cup, in a new ad campaign launched ahead of this summer’s tournament in Brazil. The spot, created by WCRS, stars an octopus that replicates Betfair’s “superior technology” by playing four games of table tennis simultaneously. Betfair is a partner of ITV’s World Cup coverage.
